LADY IDA
The Lady Ida Project is located approximately 55 km south of the Davyhurst Processing Plant.
GEOLOGY & MINERALISATION
The project is centred on a sequence of mafic and ultramafic volcanics on the western edge of the greenstone belt immediately east of the Ida Lineament. The greenstone sequence hosts the Iguana, Blue Tongue and Lizard open cut deposits.
TARGETS
The Company is currently re-evaluating large areas of remnant resources at Iguana and planning follow-up RC and diamond drilling.
Further north at the Flame prospect, two RC drill holes were completed by OBM in March 2020 to follow-up on historical auger surface geochemical and RAB anomalism. RC drilling intersected a wide zone of quartz veining and alteration within a sequence of fine-grained foliated ultramafic rock. Significant intercepts returned from this zone included 2.0m @19.22 g/t Au, 9.0m @ 5.53 g/t Au and 3.0m @ 8.19 g/t Au in hole FLRC002. Follow up RC drilling down-dip and along strike is planned.
